Nagai

Nagai is a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant in Osaka, a one-minute walk from Higobashi Station exit 5-A. It serves yakisoba and yoku soba, layering cabbage and bean sprouts over boiled noodles instead of batter. The shop has seven counter seats and one four-person table in the back, and grilling at the teppan takes about 15 minutes after ordering. The space is small, so customers wait when it is full, and the seats are close together.
