Bokkakeya

Bokkakeya is a soba restaurant in the Yotsubashi and Minamisenba area of Osaka that serves Nagano-style soba and regional dishes. It offers a choice between juwari soba and nihachi soba, along with Nagano dishes such as Shinshu salmon, sanzoku yaki, and basashi, plus Japanese sake. On a holiday afternoon, the wait for a seat was about 25 minutes, and the meal ended with a thick soba-yu. The shop has a long, narrow layout, so the seating area is on the small side.
