Empire Hotel operates rooms across from Lincoln Center in New York, close to Columbus Circle and Central Park. It has a rooftop lounge and bar, and a bar in the lobby as well. Guest rooms are small and noisy. Rooms are dark and cramped, and cleanliness is poor.
