ROW NYC is a hotel in New York, a five-minute walk from Times Square and close to a subway station. Rooms are clean, heating and cooling work well, and the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Rooms have no refrigerator and the bathroom is small. Soundproofing is weak enough that conversations from the next room can be heard.
