Pad 39 is a hotel in central Manhattan in New York, not far from Central Station. Coffee and tea are served every morning, water and hot water are available at the first-floor bar, and there is a rooftop bar. Checkout is until noon. Rooms are narrow enough that opening a suitcase is difficult.
