Té Company

Té Company is a tea house in the West Village that serves Taiwanese tea with small desserts and savory snacks. It brews Taiwanese high-mountain oolong three times and pairs it with pastries such as pineapple cookies. There are only four tables inside and laptop use is not allowed, so takeout orders are taken when no seats are available. The timing of the second and third brews is not consistent, so the tea easily becomes over-steeped.
