Russ & Daughters is a deli next to a katsu delicatessen in New York that sells cured fish and bagels. Customers build a classic bagel by choosing smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, and onion. When a line forms, customers take a number ticket and order when their number is called. There is no seating inside the shop.
