Go Believe is a Chinese bakery on Grand Street in New York that sells steamed buns, egg tarts, and frozen dumplings. The pork rice rolls require a few minutes of waiting after ordering, and baked egg tarts and pork buns are also available. Frozen dumplings sometimes sell out before noon, and card payment is accepted. Seating is limited, so there are not enough places to sit when the shop is crowded.
