Audrey

Audrey is a small modern bakery on Canal Street in Manhattan's Chinatown in New York. It serves cakes, mousse, croissants, sweet or savory rolls, and coffee and tea, and the filling inside a cake can be chosen from pudding, taro paste, or fresh fruit. Birthday cakes can be ordered in advance and picked up the next day, and matcha red bean cake and strawberry shortcake are on display. The shop is small.
