Naniwa Kuregumo is a takoyaki shop in Osaka that puts octopus and konnyaku in its takoyaki. You can choose between original, ponzu, and shio flavors, and each piece contains a whole octopus. The owner, an elderly woman, runs the shop herself while Japanese trot music plays and local regulars come in. Seating is limited, so takeout may be easier.
