Seorae Naengmyeon Lotte World Mall Branch is a naengmyeon restaurant on the fifth floor of Lotte World Mall in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving Hamheung naengmyeon alongside mandu and tteok mandu guk. The mul naengmyeon has a tangy meat broth, the bibim naengmyeon is not spicy, and the thin, chewy noodles characteristic of Hamheung naengmyeon hold their texture. Orders of naengmyeon come with a cup of sagol onyuk su, and refills can be requested when it runs out. On weekends a line forms for tables, but turnover is fast and seats open up quickly.
