Gugokpokpo

Gugokpokpo is a 50m waterfall in Gangchon, Chuncheon, falling through nine bends. In summer it runs with cool water, and in winter ice columns and a frozen waterfall form. From the ticket booth, a gentle path leads to the deck stairs in front of the waterfall in about 20 minutes at a slow walk. Except after rain, the water volume is low, so a powerful flow is hard to see.
