Milgot is a bakery inside Busan Market that sells rice cakes and bread. Its signature item is ssuk cream pat tteok, made with mugwort rice cake topped with fresh cream and injeolmi powder. Around noon on a Sunday the wait was about 10 minutes, and the rice cake is cut with scissors rather than served in bite-sized pieces. The ssuk cream tteok has a firm outside and sheds a lot of powder, which makes it awkward to eat.
