Pungwon Ssambap

Pungwon Ssambap is a myeolchi ssambap restaurant in Namhae-eup, Namhae. Plump anchovies are simmered in doenjang seasoning and served as ssam, with garlic scapes braised alongside. An elderly couple runs the restaurant, and the myeolchi ssambap is ordered in portions of two or four. Side dishes are made without additives, and the anchovy bones are soft.
