Namhae Hyangchon

Namhae Hyangchon is an anchovy restaurant near the German Village in Namhae. It serves anchovy ssambap as the base, along with a special course that includes anchovy jorim, hoe muchim, and twigim. A sink for washing hands sits at the entrance, and with the anchovy ssambap you spoon out the broth and wrap it in lettuce once it reduces. The restaurant floor is dirty and the hygiene management falls short.
