Sujebi Guk Bori Bapjip

Sujebi Guk Boribap Jip is behind Gil Hospital in Guwol-dong, Incheon. Its sujebi is made with thin, chewy hand-torn dough and topped with clams and egg garnish, while the boribap is mixed with namul. The restaurant opens early in the morning, and at lunch customers are seated in arrival order without reservations and food comes out quickly. It is on the second floor, so the sign is hard to find.
