Sibsamdae

Sipsamdae is a beef and pork restaurant near Yesulhoegwan Station in Incheon. It grills aged u dae galbi, black pork, and a premium set of galbi sal, anchangsal, and salchisal over charcoal. Staff grill the meat at the table, and the A set comes with teuksamgyeopsal and doenjang sulbap. The doenjang sulbap is boiled with meat trimmed from the u dae galbi.
