Sagot Naengmyeon

Sagot Naengmyeon is a Baengnyeongdo-style cold noodle restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong, Incheon. The buckwheat noodles are served in cold broth with two or three drops of kanari aekjeot and daddaeji, alongside suyuk and mung bean bindae-tteok. A double portion comes with nearly twice the amount, and there is no extra charge if it is not left unfinished. The kanari aekjeot and the sweet, oily broth are divisive.
