Myeonsarang Sikdang

Myeonsarang Sikdang is a noodle restaurant in Guwol-dong, Incheon. It makes its own noodles with buckwheat as the main ingredient, including bajirak kalguksu, udon, and donkatsu. An order of mandu comes with ten pieces, and donkatsu is served with a small portion of rice. The menu changes with the seasons, with kongguksu in summer and sagol tteok mandu in winter.
