Myeongin Kongguksu

Myeongin Kongguksu is a kongguksu restaurant on the second floor in Namdong-gu, Incheon. It sells only kongguksu made with 100% domestic soybeans all year round. The soybean broth is thick like cream, and salt and sugar are served alongside so diners can adjust it to their taste. It is cool without ice, though the kimchi is on the disappointing side.
