Hyeri Byeolgwan is a cafe in a converted detached house in a residential area of Namdong-gu, Incheon. It serves Hyeri Byeolgwan, a coconut latte, and desserts made with tteok. Seating is available in the basement, on the first and second floors, and in the yard, and customers choose a seat first, take a menu to order, and drinks are brought to the table. There is no parking lot, so a public parking lot must be used.
