UROKO RAMEN

Ramen Uroko Namba is a ramen shop in Namba, Osaka, serving shio ramen, shoyu ramen, fried rice, and gyoza. The shio ramen comes with a clean, not-salty broth and thick, chewy noodles, and is eaten with yuzu kosho added. You order and pay at a kiosk next to the entrance, then the food is brought to your seat, and only cash is accepted. The noodle doneness cannot be chosen, and the thick noodles are a matter of preference.
