Ramen KAZUYA

Ramen Kazuya is a small shop near Namba Station and Nihonbashi in Osaka that serves rich-broth ramen. It offers Special Ramen, Kuro Ramen, and spicy tsukemen. The broth, simmered from chicken bones, chicken feet, and pork trotters, is thick and heavy, as if perilla seed powder has been added. The shop is small, so a wait forms in the evening.
