Dotonbori Kuroufune Namba

Dotonbori Kurofune Namba is a restaurant in the Namba area of Osaka that serves freshwater eel dishes. Hitsumabushi is eaten as eel over rice, then enjoyed like ochazuke after broth is poured on top. A Korean-speaking staff member is present, and the eel is soft, lightly seasoned, and served with rice.
