Mudeung Susan

Mudeung Susan is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant in Juwol-dong, Gwangju. It serves half rockfish (ureok) and half flounder, along with seasonal fish, and the hoe and seafood are fresh. Because it gets crowded, calling ahead makes takeout easier, and the hoe comes out quickly. The bowl of rice may be small for men.
