Mentalu

Mentaru is a ramen shop in Yangnim-dong, Gwangju. Its signature dish is tonkotsu ramen, served with smoked chashu and a rich broth. Customers pay first at a kiosk and then take a seat, with three to five seats inside and two outside. The small hall had a wait of about 20 minutes even at 3 p.m.
