Haenam Seongnae Sikdang

Haenam Seongnae Sikdang is a beef restaurant in Gwangju that serves raw Hanwoo beef and a doenjang-based shabu-shabu. The raw meat is cooked in the doenjang broth, and the meal finishes with juk or bibimbap. Basic side dishes are kimchi, buchu kimchi, laver soup, and laver jangajji, and the dining space is large and comfortable. The combination of doenjang broth and beef is divisive.
