Donui Minjok

Donuiminjok is a aged-meat restaurant in Wolsan-dong, Gwangju. It serves samgyeopsal, pork collar, and pork jowl aged for 360 hours through alternating water aging and dry aging. Staff grill the meat for customers, and steamed egg comes as a service. There have been cases of black grease from the hood falling onto the food.
