Kolrombang Bakery is a bakery in Gwangju that sells salad bread and croquettes. Its saengyachae salad bread uses cabbage and cucumber in an old-style recipe and a non-fried dough, which keeps it plain. It also sells ham salad bread and mini salad bread, and buying several comes with free bread. The shop also sells doksaewoo and dried shrimp.
