Samgeori Gui

Samgeori Gui is a pork grill restaurant in Daemyeong 2-dong, Daegu. The owner seasons pork collar and samgyeopsal with spices and fruit and vegetable toppings, then grills and cuts the meat. Only reserved customers are accepted, and the shop is kept clean inside an old building. No tongs or scissors are provided, so customers cannot touch the meat themselves.
