Ohokatsu

Ohokatsu is a tonkatsu restaurant behind Myeongdeok Station in Daegu. The coating uses red yeast rice, so the outside is red while the meat stays pink. The menu allows ordering a mixed katsu set together with Korean-style curry, served with truffle oil, wasabi, and salt. The meat is tender and leaves little heaviness after the meal.
