Jinhae Charcoal Makchang

Jinhae Sutbul Makchang is a makchang restaurant in Daegu that grills so makchang, dwaeji makchang, and jeolchang over charcoal. Jeolchang is the honeycomb tripe, the second stomach of a cow, par-grilled with chives before it goes on the charcoal. The par-grilled meat has to keep cooking at the table, so it is hard to rest your hands. There is a wait on weekdays and weekends alike.
