Hoya Gopchang

Hoyagopchang is a small gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Daemyeong 9-dong, Daegu. The gopchang is par-grilled over charcoal before serving, which leaves almost none of its characteristic smell. The restaurant sits inside a gopchang alley and has many regulars. The space is small, so seating is limited.
