Anjirang Madang Gopchang Makchang

Anjirang Madang Gopchang Makchang is a gopchang restaurant at the entrance of Anjirang in Daegu. It pre-grills gopchang and fresh makchang, which diners then place over the fire briefly. Taegeukgi flags and the National Education Charter are displayed throughout the interior, and side dishes and seasonings are taken from a self-service bar. Lighting only one burner slows the grilling.
