I Love Hansik Korean Food Cooking Class

I Love Hansik is a Korean cooking class in Busan. Students make gimbap, kimchi jeon, bibimbap and holiday dishes step by step, starting with ingredient preparation, and can practice the recipes at home afterward. A separate class uses vegetables harvested from a rooftop garden to make Busan dishes. A chef demonstrates each dish and explains it in detail, teaching from the basics.
