焼鳥 ひさどり

Yakitori Hisadori is a counter-focused restaurant on the third floor of a building in front of a Kyoto bus stop. It serves yakitori, primarily as an omakase course with individual items also available, and skewers are grilled one at a time. Taking the elevator to the third floor brings the counter into view, where you can eat yakitori grilled over charcoal. The entrance is hard to find, and there is no drink menu.
