Tonkatsu Wako Zest Oike

Tonkatsu Wako Zest Oike is a tonkatsu restaurant in the Zest Oike underground shopping arcade in Kyoto. It serves set meals built around loin katsu, with refills of rice, cabbage and miso soup. The katsu has a tender texture, and the set meal is filling enough that finishing the rice is a challenge. The cabbage is crisp and the miso soup comes with the meal.
