Tatsunosuke is an izakaya in the Kiyamachi alley of Kyoto, a short walk up from Shijo, that serves Kyoto obanzai. It offers a course of ten small dishes, and items such as tetsujin dashimaki can also be ordered. Staff guide the course with brief explanations and gestures, and the owner selects the dishes, so knowledge of Japanese is not required. There is no English menu and the menu is written in Japanese, making it difficult to read before ordering.
