Sushizen

Sushi Zen in Kyoto serves chirashi sushi and nigiri. The signature chirashi sushi places sashimi and rice beneath a layer of egg, letting you taste several kinds of neta one bite at a time. The fish is well aged and cut thick, and the nigiri has a strong-tasting shari and is large in size. Card payment is not accepted.
