Stand by Me

Stand by Me is a yakisoba restaurant in Kyoto that serves sauce and salt versions. Customers choose a topping of meat, seafood, or a mix, and pick thick or thin noodles. After the order is placed, fresh noodles are boiled and stir-fried on a griddle, and bonito flakes, tempura scraps, and red pickled ginger can be added. The seating is a counter with around 10 seats, so it is not suitable for group visits.
