ryuen

Ryuen is an Italian restaurant in the Karasuma Oike alley of Kyoto that interprets Kyoto ingredients in a Japanese style. Its signature dishes are risotto and pasta finished at the table with the aroma of a cheese bowl. The menu also includes raw ham, cheese, duck dishes, grilled ayu oil pasta, and single dishes with Kyoto vegetables, along with a wide selection of wine. Reservations are difficult to secure.
