Ramen Sennokaze Kyoto is a small ramen shop near Kawaramachi that serves tonkotsu, shio, miso, and shoyu ramen. The milky tonkotsu broth has little gaminess and comes with thick chashu and bean sprouts, and you can order a soft-boiled egg. At the entrance you write your name and party size on a list and take a spatula-shaped number ticket, then wait 20 minutes to 2 hours before entering. The interior is small, so tables turn slowly.
