Pound is a small steakhouse near Kyoto Gyoen in Kyoto that serves aged beef steak. You choose your cut, such as sirloin or tenderloin, and the meat takes about 30 minutes to grill. The space is a renovated machiya, and the beef is served medium rare. The dining room is small, so a table may not be available when you arrive.
