Pizzeria Marita

Pizzeria Marita is a small Neapolitan wood-fired pizza shop about a 10-minute walk from Shijo Station in Kyoto. It serves pizza made with buffalo mozzarella, sized for one person to finish a whole pie. The owner-chef runs the place mostly alone, and orders are placed by following the owner's instructions. The shop is very small, so arriving late means a considerable wait until the food comes out.
