Namae no Nai Ramen is a ramen and tsukemen shop in a Kyoto basement, with no sign outside. The broth carries a strong aroma of katsuobushi and dried anchovy powder, and you choose between regular noodles and yuzu noodles, with chashu or motsu added on. You order and pay at a tablet at the entrance before taking a seat. Pepper, shichimi, sansho and other spices in the drawer let you change the flavor, and the standard seasoning runs salty.
