Mankichi

Unagi Mankichi is a two-floor restaurant in Kyoto that serves charcoal-grilled eel over rice. The eel is grilled crisp on the outside and soft inside, with a not-too-salty soy sauce and sansho powder served on the side to add as you like. The restaurant is a five-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station and takes reservations through Google. A QR menu is available in English and through Google Translate, and there is seating on the second floor.
