Mane is a course restaurant in Kyoto Goshominami that builds on Italian cooking. It uses seasonal vegetables in multiple colours, adds Japanese elements, and serves burdock daikon in the appetiser along with pasta and dessert. The restaurant moved from Kyotanabe on 23 April 2024 and converted an old kyo-machiya into a long, counter-centred space. The course menu changes roughly every month and a half, and two house-made breads, walnut bread and focaccia, are served.
