Katsukura

Katsukura is a tonkatsu restaurant in Shijo Higashinotoin, Kyoto. Diners grind sesame seeds themselves and mix them into the sauce, and cabbage refills are available. The lunch set comes with small seasonal side dishes, and large fried shrimp and fried oysters are also on the menu. The tonkatsu coating is not crisp and the pork is on the firm side.
