露瑚

Kapou Roko is a restaurant on the Kamogawa riverbank north of Sanjo Ohashi in Kyoto that serves kaiseki and Kyoto-style obanzai. Its signature lunch is a white miso hot pot with plenty of vegetables, served with a choice of rice bowls such as seafood over rice or yuba ankake over rice. In summer, kawadoko seating opens above the Kamogawa, and on rainy days meals are served indoors. The staircase leading to the second floor is narrow and steep.
