Jun - Shijo Karasuma

Jun - Shijo Karasuma is a ramen shop about a four-minute walk from Shijo Karasuma Station. It serves yuzu salt foam chicken paitan ramen and miso ramen, adding yuzu aroma and thick noodles to the chicken broth. Orders are placed at a ticket vending machine at the entrance, and apple, orange, and anchovy vinegars on the table let you change the flavor as you eat. The chicken broth is thick and on the salty side.
